Sarah’s Bio
USA Today bestselling author Sarah Morgan writes hot, happy contemporary romance and her trademark humor and sensuality have gained her fans across the globe. Described as ‘a magician with words’ by RT Book Reviews, she has sold over 11 million copies of her books. She has been nominated three years in succession for the prestigious RITA© Award from the Romance Writers of America and won the award twice; in 2012 for her book ‘Doukakis’s Apprentice’ and 2013 for ‘A Night of No Return’. She also won the RT Reviewers’ Choice Award in 2012 and has made numerous appearances in their ‘Top Pick’ slot.
As a child Sarah dreamed of being a writer and although she took a few interesting detours along the way, she is now living that dream.
Sarah lives near London with her husband and children, and when she isn’t reading or writing she loves being outdoors, preferably on vacation so she can forget the house needs tidying.

Sleigh Bells In the Snow
Once upon a time, Christmas was Kayla Green’s favorite time of year. Now all the workaholic wants for Christmas is for it to be over—as fast as possible! So when duty calls her to snowy Vermont to close a deal with a new client, Kayla is grateful for an excuse to avoid the holidays for another year.
Jackson O’Neil left a thriving business behind to return home and salvage his family’s resort—it’s in his blood, and he can’t let it fail. Now that he’s got marketing whiz Kayla Green working with him to put Snow Crystal on the map, success is on the horizon. The fact they strike enough sparks off each other to power all the Christmas lights in Vermont is just an added bonus.
Kayla might be an expert at her job, but she’s out of her depth with Jackson—he makes her crave the happy-ever-after she once dreamed of, and it’s terrifying. As the snowflakes continue to swirl, will the woman who doesn’t believe in the magic of Christmas finally fall under its spell? Video Trailer (Created by Sarah’s son!!):

My review:
Along about November first every year I begin looking for good holiday stories to read. I like the heartwarming romances at this time of year and this one certainly fits the bill.
First of all, Kayla Green is a good heroine. She is not overly full of herself and has some embarrassing moments during the course of the story that make her seem more human and reachable to the reader. I really enjoyed the background on the family in this book and thought Sarah Morgan did a great job of giving her readers reasons to care about the characters she presents here.
I liked that Kayla was not crazy for Christmas and had justified reasons for not liking the holiday. This allowed for progression of her character throughout the book and also showed how her bond with her potential love interest caused her to change her mind about things she had previously believed.
This is a warm and enjoyable story with great characters and a wonderful setting. I am looking forward to seeing what Sarah Morgan comes up with next. If you are looking for a fun holiday story perfect to cuddle up under a blanket with, this will do nicely.
This review is based on a digital ARC from the publisher and provided by Netgalley.

I agree, hypocrite cards are essential in these circumstances, as we have found. I am getting the next batch printed up now.

Are they the ones we talked about with the feathers and the masks? I like those ones. So, you should read this book when you get a chance. I love that you are a guy that will actually read a romance, by the way. makes you even more manly.

Yes, they are the ones. I added butterflies too. I thought it appropriate. I will definitely have a look at this book. I enjoy reading romances. Romance and love are the source of life. Without them we are not truly living. Something I discovered recently.

Nice review. The best part is reading the comment section. There is a couple of moon struck kids on there mooning around about love. Is that anything to talk about on a romance review? Huh, huh huh. . . Yeah I guess it is.
